How to open your Third Eye

PROCESS

There are already heaps of processes all over the internet, and especially you tube on how to open your third eye. The key is to find what works for you and to stick to it with out high expectations any activity in this area is a step forward. For most this will be an on going process i still do third eye work, some will progress at faster or slower rates. It is different for everyone so just relax and see what happens for you. take note of any strange sensations or experiences no matter how small.

Ascension 06: Chakras

In working with spirit, there were two things that I didn’t realize before I began that would be such major parts of advancing my spiritual growth. The first was meditation, the second was chakras. At some parts of the spiritual journey depending on what journey you are on, you may have no need to be consciously aware of your chakras. However I think that at some point in our multi-demensional lifetime, (which could span millions of earth years or more) we at least become aware of our energy centers. To become aware of them and to learn what they do and how to control and use them to benefit our own spiritual evolution is to consciously fast track our spiritual development. Continue reading

Meditation 07: Quiet the Mind

Today I’d like to continue with an update on the Meditation series. If you have been following the blog, you will know that I have started meditating in the last few months. I use Binaral Beats and Isochronic Tones to help me reach desired mind states and guided meditation to help me focus on the intended purpose of the meditation. I have now decided that I would like to seriously start using meditation to completely clear my mind. Easier said than done, so I looked up some hints and tips to help me with clearing my mind.

Chatter

I have found that when ever I am trying to clear my mind I realized that there were actually three parts to this process. When you clear your conscious mind you start to hear chatter from your subconscious mind, My clairaudient ear also start to pick up on things and there is chatter there also. I have found myself trying to wade through three different levels of silence. The key to all of them is a passive mind. Hard for me to do right now but something I am practicing. What this means is that to stop your conscious mind you must relax your mind. If you start to think then relax as soon as you notice and stop. Continue reading

Sixth Sense 01: Opening for Guides

Today  I would like to talk about opening for contact with your guides. Whilst I have done a DIY For spirit guides that I highly recommend you read, I would like to concentrate on how you go from a closed off sixth sense to opening up your third eye.  Getting contact from your guides or more so recognizing contact from your guides, your guardians and the difference. Meditation is the best way to heighten your awareness. But which position is best for this?

Meditation Position

When you meditate the best position to take is the one that works for you. The most commonly used and effective are on your back with your arms by your side or gently resting on your stomach, this is my favorite. Then there are the seated positions, once you have researched a little you may want to choose a specific position but comfortably in a chair with hands in lap or cross legged on the floor. You can use meditative calming and focusing techniques through out the day in which you don’t need to be in any particular position. Continue reading

Meditation 06: Silence and Sound

If the entire universe is made up of vibrations, then sound is our most valuable tool for the use of painting the life that we wish to experience. I have spoken before about the benefits of brainwave entrainment. The use of sound to train the brainwaves to cycle at desired rates. These brainwave states help us to meditate more deeply and have more profound experiences whilst meditating.

Meditation 05: Brainwave Entrainment

Hi to all,

Well you’ve probably heard me bang on about brainwave entrainment before. I use them with guided meditations to reach certain mind states and I find them highly effective. I have only been using them for a couple of months but I must say they have accelerated my learning in regards to meditation greatly. There a few different forms of brainwave entrainment, most of which are aural, though some are visual also.

Sound

I won’t go into the application of sound in the universe, but science and spiritual masters tell us that the Universe is made up of vibrations, just like those produced by sound. If the Universe were a painting, sound would be a very common and viable brush that could be used to paint the picture we desire. If we don’t use it deliberately, it will still continue to shape our physical world. Science is just starting to understand what spiritual masters have known for millennia. Sound can not just shape our outside universe, but we can use sound to shape our inner selves.

Meditation 04: Guided Meditations

Hi to all,
As most of you know, My current spiritual path has lead me to meditation to help light my way spiritually. Today I would like to talk about Guided Meditations. As I have mentioned before I love them. The problems I came across when I first started Meditating were these; I wasn’t sure what I was meant to be meditating on, I wasn’t sure if I was doing it properly, I was having trouble clearing my mind and I was having trouble finding the motivation to continue on a regular basis.

What do I Meditate on?

I have been able to deal with and even overcome these problems by starting my meditative journey with guided meditations. First of all, what do I meditate on? Well this is still my choice, even with guided meditations I can choose one that really appeals to me. Once I start to meditate without a guide I can totally cater my experience, but I feel it is important for me to first understand how to use different meditations in different ways so that I can get the intended results out of my unguided meditation. Unguided meditation certainly makes you use your mind more though. I feel like it works my consciousness more. But it’s like jumping straight into heavy weights when starting out. You just can’t lift them.

Meditation 03: Patience

Meditation is by far the best way I have come across so far to expand your consciousness and progress spiritually. It is simple and everyone can do it. You don’t need to go out and buy things to practice it or assist with it. It is very low risk with phenomenal benefits to your mind body and soul. The relaxation factor is definitely one of my favorite effects. This has become an issue for me though.

Progress Boom

When I first started meditating again, I had an incredible progress boom in the spiritual department. It was great. I remember the first time I seriously started mediating, this didn’t happen. I couldn’t see what I was getting out of it and gave up pretty quickly. I knew it was good for me. I wanted to do it. But my dilemma at the time was how to I discipline myself to practice it every day?
